Accurate control and of mould temperature can play an important part in delivering quality and consistency as well as minimising cycle times in injection moulding operations. We offer a wide range of options for temperature control for applications using both water and oil as the circulating heat transfer medium – covering a wide range of temperatures and flow rates.
Oil Temperature Control Units
Shini STM Series oil temperature control units are available as standard and high temperature models have both the standard and high temperature models, covering applications requiring injection mould temperatures up to 300ºC. These high quality units can maintain an accuracy of ±1℃.
Large Flow Temperature Control Units
Shini STM-WF Series high-flow water temperature control units incorporate high pressure pumps to enable higher flow rates. This enables closer control of the temperature of the circulating water. These high quality, high specification units are suitable for applications with injection mould temperatures up to 120ºC and can maintain an accuracy of ±1℃.
Dual-Purpose Water/Oil Temperature Control Units
Shini STM-W/O Series dual-purpose water/oil temperature control units can be used to maintain mould temperature temperature and for other, similar applications. High temperature water or oil returned from the mould is cooled by indirect cooling and then sent to the pipe heaters via a high pressure pump for heating to a constant temperature. This unique design allows the user to choose between water and oil as heat transfer medium. With this optimised design, these sophisticated units can maintain an accuracy of ±0.5℃.
Air Cooled Water Chillers
The Shini SIAC-A-R2 Series is designed for efficient injection mould cooling to facilitate faster cycle times. This series provides cooling between 7ºC and 23ºC, with an accuracy of ±0.1℃.
Water Flow Regulators
Shini SFR series water flow regulators are designed to work with mould heaters, water chillers and cooling towers, which can be connected to more than one mould connectors. Functions include temperature and flowrate displays and flowrate control to suit different working conditions.
