In the UK and Ireland, this technical support and spare parts provision will continue through Trace PT Ltd/Apex Robot Systems UK, while global support will be managed directly by Apex. We offer on-site repairs across the UK & Ireland. As part of our on-site service & maintenance schedule, we aim to anticipate any spare parts that may be require before we complete a visit.

If appropriate, we also offer back to base repairs/service if this is preferred by the customer.
