Shini proportional valves are designed to provide consistent control of pressure and flow, to mix virgin and regrind polymer materials, before delivery to the moulding machine. These units are easily installed directly onto the hopper loader or into the pipeline.
Shini SCM Series volumetric dosers add additives on the basis of volume, for accurate mixing of virgin materials, regrinds, masterbatch or additives. A range of models are available, with throughputs from 0.1kg/hr to 32kg/hr. These units can be assembled in multiple configurations to achieve mixing of up to five different components.
Gravimetric dosers add additives on the basis of weight, providing the most accurate solution for mixing of virgin materials, regrinds, masterbatch or additives. Shini SGD Series gravimetric dosers are available with outputs ranging from 0.04kg/hr to 32kg/hr. These units can be assembled in pairs to achieve mixing of up to three different components.
For applications requiring the very highest specification dosing and mixing, we can also supply Shini’s SGB Series gravimetric blenders. These units include a PLC controller and latest ingredient calculation methods. The machine interface is via an advanced microprocessor with a digital display that is very simple to calibrate. A self-compensation and calibration function ensures highly accurate material dosing percentages. A high precision electronic weighing scale is used to ensure precise weighing of every batch and ensure accuracy to ±0.1% to 0.3%.
The Shini SSM-U storage mixer incorporates a centrally mounted vertical blending screw which carries materials to the top of the hopper. They are then returned to the mix by gravity to repeat the process. The unit is designed to achieve a homogenous mix quickly and efficiently.
